“To say that the service was great would be a gigantic understatement. The moment you walk in, it feels like you've entered into a whole new world. The place looks like something you'd expect for Royalty, and you feel immediately welcome and treated like a distinguished guest. The look of this barber is unique compared to the other barbers of the area, and this was my first time going in. I paid £12 for just a general cut, but the amount of care that was given to me felt truly special. Whilst the price might be slightly higher than other hairdressers and barbers on the same street, I feel the slightly higher price is worth it, and I tipped them, also, at the end. After the regular trim, I was surprised to find that they were going to give the facial creams and shaves and such a go, all as part of the price. It's pretty much a Turkish barber, and it was a standard of service I have never experienced from others not only in the area, but everywhere I've been. I felt truly welcome, and distinguished from start to finish, and I truly felt when walking out I was looking far better than when I entered. They have guaranteed themselves a new, repeated customer in me. I can't rate them highly enough.”

Her and her shop are welcoming and friendly and there was zero judgment. She not only fixed my fringe but also did extra to help make sure the rest of my hair looked nice. “These boys are brilliant. Rodger cut my hair about 15 year ago and I was gutted when he moved away, however this is how I found Bobby, who has cut my hair since. It was great when they came together and opened up The Garrison. It’s a gorgeous barbers and I always enjoy going there for a hair cut and a catch up. Prices are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend booking an appointment as it’s very different to walk in and find that they’re not busy. I can confirm from experience that both Bobby and Rodger are great barbers. Would highly recommend The Garrison in Higham Ferrers.”
