“Mark and Rhianna and their team are very professional, helpful and friendly. They kept me informed throughout the process and on the day of the installation the fitter arrived promptly and went through the process with me and throughout the day he asked me questions such as where I wanted the door handles positioned. Once fitted another team member arrived to inspect the installation and asked whether I was satisfied with the finish! Which of course I was! I would highly recommend dream doors if you're thinking of updating your kitchen as the products are of a high quality and look great. Mark and Rhianna and their team are amazing. Thank you”

“I’ve been shopping at Argos for over 40 years since I was a teenager and have seen many changes, many branches close and the amalgamation into Sainsbury’s stores, but, I still keep buying from Argos for one reason, and that is the customer service. In particular, and I’ve been meaning to provide this review for some time now, Argos Fairfield Park. The customer service that I’ve experienced from staff like Calum and his team including Zoya and Cyprian, has been exemplary. Yes, I could easily buy products online and sometimes get those items cheaper, but, if there’s any issues where I may need to speak to someone or even just gain some further assistance in making a decision as to which brand or model of an item to go for, it becomes more difficult, so, I have no problem with going into Argos Fairfield Park to speak to Calum about a product as he’ll always spend the time and patience to help me establish exactly what I’m looking for, and this is worth it for me. Calum and his team seem to be customer focused and will go that extra mile to ensure that I’m welcomed into the branch and demonstrate by their actions that I’m a valued customer. As such, I was compelled to write this review due to my positive experience, so, well done to Calum and the rest of the team, you’re all a credit to Argos, so please keep up the great work.
