Claire Todd was the physio who helped me both to understand the back pain, the causes and within a very short time eliminate the pain altogether. The ankle fracture required a bit more work to help recover properly and again within a very short time I was able to walk without the use of crutches and have been given exercise routine plans to help the ankle to strengthen and repair. Claire listened carefully to how I was feeling and was very supportive and encouraging. I would happily recommend their services and would not hesitate to consult them first for any problems related to pain or problems relating to physical movement.
