“I popped in for a coffee one morning, and stayed for another. This is lovely genuine Italian café where expats come to socialise. Service was top-notch and very friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I'd highly recommend this place.”

It helped massively that the bill was being picked up by my boss which was the reward for winning a sales competition at work. “Lovely canal side pub. We moored up outside and came with our dogs. Tried the vegan pasty, chicken and bacon lasagna, ham, egg and chips and the beef burger. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of vegetarian and vegan options! Such cute gardens and a beautiful view of the canal. Thank you!”

“We have been going to Thai Modern for years. They provide excellent quality every time. We love every single dish there. They are super clean, and the atmosphere feels like you are in Thailand. We used to go there for the Sunday buffet, but unfortunately, they don't do it anymore. Highly recommended. It's one of the best restaurants in Milton Keynes!”

“Lovely pub. People very friendly. The manager I think was called Kirsty. We wanted to sit outside but no tables were free. Manager asked for someone to bring a table out. Had a very pleasant time.”

“Nice pub. Has some tables on the front and a big open space on the back for casual drinks or dinner. The inside restaurant is nicely decorated. They allow dogs in the garden as we saw few locals coming in with theirs. Food was very nice and we were served a very decent portion. We order gnocchi with prawns and pork belly with potatoes. Staff was very friendly. A little expensive, but is worth it. Will come back.”

“I cannot tell you how strange it is nowadays to come across a team the just exudes customer service: Sarah, Zoe and the hilarious Christy always make our little lunch causers feel so special. Not only are they patient and kind, they go way and beyond to make you feel like the only customer in the place. Thank you for everything guys. We will keep coming back, even when no longer have about teeth.”
