“I had a DIY fringe cutting emergency so booked a last minute appointment with Lucy to help rectify the mishap I had had at home. She was great. Her and her shop are welcoming and friendly and there was zero judgment. She not only fixed my fringe but also did extra to help make sure the rest of my hair looked nice. I am not one for hairdressers as don’t usually enjoy the experience but Lucy really helped. I’m booked for 8 weeks time and there will be no more home hair cutting. Thank you SO much x”

“What an amazing shop. The service is outstanding. I came here today with my daughter and my nan, it's a tradition my nan always buys the kids first pair of shoes here. My daughter was on the move and that was no problem with thr ladies, they sized her feet bought her out 5 different pairs to try she loved it she waved me off walked around the store checking they fit and she was so comfortable. “Paul Rowles Kitchens designed and installed a fantastic new kitchen for us as part of an extension project and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Working from our very basic brief they came up with a brilliant, contemporary design which gets the most out of the space and has helped transform our home. Building an extension is a slightly nerve-wracking experience, but the team at Paul Rowles Kitchens worked closely with our builder to make it a really seamless process for us. Seeing the computer designs they produced was not only useful in helping us decide on the kitchen, but actually contributed towards the overall success of the project, as it helped us visualise other elements of the extension that had previously only existed on an architect’s line drawing. We changed our mind on a number of elements of the design throughout the process, but nothing was too much trouble for the team at Paul Rowles, and the designer Liv offered us fantastic advice throughout on everything from worktops to appliances. When it came to installation, our fitter Phil was really friendly and extremely skilled at his job, installing the kitchen quickly and efficiently and working flexibly around other traders. From start to finish we felt like we were in very safe, capable hands, and working with people who were as excited about our new kitchen as we were. The result is a stylish, modern new kitchen that we are extremely happy with.”

“I had a great experience here. Lots of boots in stock, steel toes, wellies, hiking boots, and bamboo socks. It is on an industrial estate with plenty of parking just outside. Alison was lovely and incredibly helpful, helping me to find the right size boots and was very patient whilst I tried them all on. I bought the Birkenstock steel toe boots - nice wide toe box and incredibly comfy. Highly recommended!”
