“My family and I moved to this surgery in January after being at our previous surgery most of my life. Prior to moving my husband had a serious illness which in turn affected the whole family. I will be forever grateful to all at Burton Latimer medical centre for making us feel welcome and the outstanding professionalism by every doctor and nurse we have seen. During waiting to be seen I have witnessed the rudeness towards staff, especially reception staff, please be kind they are just doing their jobs in a very difficult situation.”

“I am very happy with the care I receive at The Mounts Medical Centre. In my opinion, they are the best medical centre in Northampton. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Whenever I need something, they respond promptly and do their best to assist. I would especially like to mention Dr Ahmed Shurrab — an excellent doctor. He is not only a true professional with great medical knowledge, but also a kind and empathetic person with a big heart. It really makes a difference to be treated by someone who genuinely cares. Highly recommended!”

“Not sure if the lovely doctor will get to see this as I’m unsure how to leave feedback. I went with my daughter on Friday 21st November at 11am due to her genuinely just feeling unwell. The doctor we saw was middle aged and blonde. She done her obs and was concerned for my daughter and even allowed us to take her water. Told us to go to a&e. My daughter ended up staying from Friday to Sunday night due to influenza a. I just wanted to feedback positively because usually it’s only negative we see and my daughter was unwell last year and it took multiple trips to be given an answer but in this case the doctor took my concerns seriously which possibly prevented a more serious situation so THANK YOU.”
