“Hiring from Adrian made for the most comfortable family holiday driving we've had. 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog crated in the boot take up a lot of space and in the past we've had bits and pieces packed around the kids and in the footwells when the boot is full. Not so with a roof box. All the kit was Thule and had plenty of capacity for all the stuff we would usually cram into the car, so the cabin was totally clear for a change. Fitting was done at Adrian's location just off the ring road, which was easy to get to, and it didn't take long at all. He was flexible with times for installation and removal and took good care when fitting and removing the bars. Everything was well explained and you get a little card stating your adjusted ride height which is very handy when you're approaching car parks with a height barrier. Driving an EV, I was pleasantly surprised to see minimal impact on the mi/KW figures. I was still getting 3.4-3.8 most of the time and 4+ on some journeys, which was better than I was expecting. You do get a bit of whistling from the bars, which in a quiet car is noticeable, but it was certainly not unpleasant. For the convenience of having a roof box without having to store one, and the benefits we saw from hiring one, i would definitely recommend Adrian's service and will very likely be a repeat customer when we go away again later this year.”

“Had been trying to source some stem nut dust covers for a T140E for several weeks only to be told that they were no longer available. A member of the Triumph owners club suggested TMS, who I had never heard of, being from Lancashire. A phone call to them on Monday morning the 14th August resulted in the dust covers arriving on Tuesday morning. Good old fashioned service non of this internet drivel. The bloke who answered the phone even knew the part number off the top of his head, must be a font of knowledge. I will use them again for more stuff in the future when needed. Keep it up guys.”
