“I was hesitant to come here after having had a bad experience in 2022. I thought I'd give it a second try. When I called to book an appt, ready to request to not be seen by the same lady, I was told she no longer works there so I decided to go ahead. I had a consultation with Crisi regarding a cut and colour correction. She was so wonderful, kind and friendly. She explained everything to me in so much detail yet in simple laymans terms to not overwhelm me. She put me at ease, answered all my questions, and assured me I'll get what I was hoping for. She didn't push any extras onto me or try to over sell products which a lot of salons tend to do. She simply discussed my options, gave me choices, made sure I was happy with each step and then booked me in for the appt. The team at DB are so considerate they remembered I needed an appt asap and called me when there was a cancellation to see if I was available so I managed to pull my appt forward to today as apposed to end of the month! I was over the moon with the service I received at this salon today. The team were friendly and welcoming. They spoke with so much respect and warmth, and made me feel like I'd been visiting this salon for years! Crisi did a brilliant job all the way from confirming our choices during the consultation, to sorting the colour, to the haircut and style. The entire process could not be faulted. There was conversation, there was laughter, and the coffee was really nice too! I'm so chuffed with my experience I look forward to being seen here again. Thank you ladies! Xx”
