“I have been going to see Nicki for electrolysis for the past 2 or 3 years... not only is she really friendly and chatty, she is extremely professional too. The salon is spotlessly clean and they follow strict Covid-safe measures on arrival each visit. It's hard to find a therapist that offers electrolysis these days - it seems to be a dying art - however laser cannot be used for hair removal on the eyebrows so electrolysis it must be... Nicki is really excellent at it and I very much look forward to my sessions! Although I have now changed careers, I'm a qualified beauty therapist myself that also trained in electrolysis so I can speak from a professional point of view too when I say how good she is at her trade. I had a really good back massage once too which was carried out by another one of the therapists and the pressure was just right - not too hard and not too soft. All in all, I can thoroughly recommend this salon for all your beauty requirements - they do nails, facials, waxing, etc - you name it and they seem to do it! Thanks so much Nicki and well done for riding out the pandemic so well - you've been really fantastic!!!”

Andreea is who I usually see for my colour and I’m hesitant to sing her praises too much so it doesn’t make it harder for me to book with her! But she really is brilliant. She knows her stuff and she will tell you honestly what can realistically be achieved and her finished work - well I haven’t been this happy with my hair for years! It’s the healthiest it’s ever been and her efforts make me feel so good about myself. I can just chill out and feel pampered and know the quality of work is excellent. Marianne worked with him at his level sometimes on the floor while he was playing and sometimes outside ! Today, though it is still not his favourite activity he sits calmly in the chair and talks to Marianne while having his hair cut. This success is down to Marianne’s calmness, experience, careful use of the scissors and patience treating him with respect and care to make him feel at ease and engaged in the situation.
