“The best groom Frank has ever had — hands down! We brought our dog Frank in after a big move and lots of travel, and he really needed a proper scrub. He’d been adjusting to the UK summer (and scratching more than usual), so we wanted to help him feel comfortable and refreshed in his new surroundings. From the moment we arrived, Louise made Frank feel completely at ease — no stress at all, just wagging tails and calm vibes. She took such thoughtful care of him. The transformation — he looked like a brand-new dog! His coat was shiny, he smelled amazing, and most importantly, he was happy and relaxed. You can tell Louise truly loves what she does, and it shows in the attention and kindness she gives. After weeks of lock down Dexter (Shih Tzu) was looking very homeless and in need of a groom.i called round and was unable to get a date that wasn’t weeks away that was until I came across Dogs on Point. I called Abbie and explained how furry Dexter was and he was struggling to see and Abbie was able to Dexter in that week. Dexter is now groomed and what an absolute brilliant job Abbie did. He is looking handsome and this is by far the best groom he has had. The salon and facilities are second to none the service was friendly and the price very reasonable. Dexter is booked in now for a regular groom. Honestly I can say if you are looking for a professional groomer at great prices DOGS ON POINT is worth a call you won,t be disappointed.
