“Such a lovely, friendly salon and very well prices. I had my short hair highlighted by Tash and she's done an amazing job!! I won't go anywhere else for highlights. They've also coloured my daughter's long hair and she loves it. I'm always cautious about going to salons but the ladies are so welcoming and offer a drink straight away. Can't fault the at all, definitely worth the 5 stars. Xx”

“Salha and staff were so hospitable and made me feel right at home, this is one of the best salons I’ve visited it in a while. I didn't go for the original style I wanted because I ordered the wrong hair but luckily Salha helped me pick a more suitable style which I loved even more. I have had my hair done by many different people but I have to say she’s one of the fastest braiders. Thank you to Salha and staff!”

“I Had multiple moles removed at the Reading Branch, and i am giving my review 5 stars purely because of the treatment i received at the reading branch, from the people on reception to the doctor who did my procedure, i could not recommend enough. However, if i was rating Sk;n as an overall company my review would be quite a bit lower as all the way through my bookings and treatments, i kept getting emails and texts to confirm my appointments at the wrong times and locations, with no form of contact to say why they had been changed. This then caused me to try and phone the number, which actually puts you through to a central call centre. When you finally get through (sometimes it wouldnt even go through due to automated system not picking up what i was saying) they were not very helpful or could not give me an answer to my problems. As i said, treatment at the reading branch 5 out of 5, however how the whole company handles its bookings and contacts is in much need of improvement. If you can be put through to the actual branch on the phone or on email, the response is very quick and very helpful. It didn't feel fair to mark down this specific branch however would like it to be known how frustrating the booking process can be.”
