She gave the design a good deal of thought and came up with a layout which was totally different - and much better than - the one I initially suggested. Subsequent to that , whenever I’ve had a minor issue (such as a door going slightly out of alignment )Clare and the excellently obliging Robert have been quick to revisit and offer guidance. A recent visit has prompted me to write a review. When it came to cost she offered wise counsel in modifying the specification to one which was within my budget. Overall I’m more than satisfied with the end result and the exceptional customer service which, to me, makes such a difference.”
