“The best groom Frank has ever had — hands down! We brought our dog Frank in after a big move and lots of travel, and he really needed a proper scrub. He’d been adjusting to the UK summer (and scratching more than usual), so we wanted to help him feel comfortable and refreshed in his new surroundings. From the moment we arrived, Louise made Frank feel completely at ease — no stress at all, just wagging tails and calm vibes. She took such thoughtful care of him. The transformation — he looked like a brand-new dog! His coat was shiny, he smelled amazing, and most importantly, he was happy and relaxed. You can tell Louise truly loves what she does, and it shows in the attention and kindness she gives.
