We bought a La_z_boy motorised head and tilt loveseat which serves my needs completely. I am disabled and needed to buy the 'right' chair as I sit in it a lot every day. The price was good and even the extra for the head tilt and lumber mechanism was reasonable. I also purchased the insurance as it covers let damage as well as the usual things. The time it will take for my chair to be made and diverted is acceptable. I am really looking forward to it's arrival. Gemma made a positive impressin on us lovely. I would highly recommend KC Sofas Chesterfield to everyone wanting quality service, sofas, and/or chairs at the reasonable price. DELIVERY My new live seat was delivered this morning by Sam and Kami, who gave a pre arrival phone call which was much appreciated. Both of these men were polite, considerate, were careful bringing the seat in, and professional. I do hope when I next order from KC Sofas I have both these men delivering my goods. In conclusion, the whole experience from the very start to the very end has been a positive one.
