“I have been one of the team covering the Poppy Stall this year. There are two ladies who NEVER STOP doing everything they can to keep the check outs flowing and customers satisfied. I’ve also noticed a younger girl with tats who is also a grafter! Mavis, Sonya and Jess are highlighted in my observations. I’m sure all the team are on their their top performance and speed/urgency to deliver outstanding customer care. Keep up the great work!!!”

“This is a really good store that has an amazing amount of fresh produce and items on offer for such a small shop. Staff are friendly and helpful and I use the place quite a bit for topping up items rather than going to the bigger stores.”

“Wide range of goods available here, they sell just about everything here. Cash machine available, however a charge is made for withdrawals. Use the one stop shop on Retford Road it's free.”

“Never had any issues other than when trying to buy more than 2 packets of paracetamol....Customer toilet is fine, the fruit n veg section is usually ok, easy access to the lake if you use their carpark...no complaints from me.”

“I use this one 2-3 times per week for basics. Good selection. Occasionally an item with little choice, eg Cuppa soups (not that I have them often) they have just two flavours. Generally, good all rounder for food.”

“Sell various products.the best place you can go for your groceries at the moor beside the moor market. They also have Argos inside it.”

“My fuel refill favourite place. About 6 or 7 years ago, I went to refill and realised I had no money on me. This was before I could pay with the phone, watch, etc I was so embarassed, but they gave me 24 hours to return. So impressive.”

“The staff are super friendly, there’s one colleague in particular who went out of her way to show me where the product I was looking for was with a lovely and welcoming smile on her face and told me not to worry about it and that she was “here to help”. “Had a very pleasant experience today both me and my mum have mobility difficulties mine is spine surgery needed. Both had scooters and shopped so much easier when we came to taking them back and then having to carry our shopping the very nice guy who keeps us in trolleys appeared and took all my mums shopping and then came back for mine, such a pleasant guy chatty and whitty and just a pleasure to be served by him. He is truly a credit to Morrisons 5 stars form both of us thank you so much xx”

“This is a very large tesco near Mansfield. The car park is very large so there is no problem parking. The shop itself has a large section of different types of products, including fresh food, clothes, electrical goods, and homeware. The products for sale are generally good quality and the prices are competitive.”

“I just wanted to say thank you to the lovely man called Vincent that served me on the till at the Wombwell Lane branch today. The person before me was unjustifiably rude to him but he handled it with grace and diplomacy. I found Vincent to be professional, capable and extremely helpful-even going the extra mile to see if I wanted to use my vouchers etc. Working with the general public is never easy and whilst we all complain now and then-its also nice to acknowledge great service when someone clearly puts their heart into their job.
