Just drove in, requested 4 wheel alignment, said initially won't be able to do the back as bolts may snap, however once the car was up on the ramp and inspected they said they'd have a go at it. Mentioned I'm happy for just the front however they wanted to try and so I mentioned at you're own risk. They took the risk and managed to aligne all 4 wheels for an Xdrive. Can't fault the lads there, definitely will be going back to them even if it means having to travel bit further.”

I needed a new caliper and they stood with me for about 20minutes calling every dealer they knew, and eventually the manufacturer whereupon they managed to wrangle a reduction on the asking price for me! They organised a super speedy recovery service (about 10mins) and were so friendly and helpful throughout that I had no compunction asking several, I'm sure very stupid, questions.
