“Exceptional service. I approached the male pharmacist with some worrying queries about my condition, and the medication I was prescribed. He was able to ease my concerns and took the time to explain everything about the medications, ensuring I understand how to take them and answering any questions I may have. Their attention to detail and knowledge about different treatments is exceptional and it was all explained in clear manner. Not mentioned their kindness and patience. Even after having to (unfortunately) visit quite often, they always remember my name which makes the experience ever more so personal. Can’t recommend this pharmacy enough.”

“Well I thought I'd try this Weldricks chemist after a terrible experience I had by the woman with shoulder grey length hair & the Pharmacist at Field Rd Stainforth Weldricks. I cannot believe up to now what a totally difference experience, they are polite, helpful, and smiling set of staff. Even before I changed my prescriptions to Dunscroft I called one Saturday for an emergency perscription and the Pharmacist, who was a different one, was lovely and helpful. After speaking to two other customers who had the same service from that lady at Field Rd it made me feel better about bringing to peoples attention at H/O. Thank youto the team there, keep up the good work.”

“Friendly staff and quick service. The staff will offer to call you when your presentation is ready and they will reorder any repeats on your behalf. When you go to collect, the medication is ready for you at the front. No need to wait ages. Used to be with meadow hall boots but switched because of such good staff”

“My first experience with North Anston Pharmacy and I was very pleased with the service delivered. I had contacted the GP earlier in the day for a suspected UTI and with no appointments available they referred me to two pharmacists in Kiveton. These pharmacists were unable to help on that particular day due to no pharmacist on shift and unable to access the system respectively. Upon the third referral to North Anston Pharmacy, I travelled to the pharmacy and the Pharmacy Manager (David i believe), who was very empathetic and understanding was able to see me that day and go through a consultation in order to be able to prescribe me antibiotics for the UTI. As it was a Friday I was very please to have this sorted prior to the weekend, as it was very painful, but has since cleared up. Many thanks for the great service!”

“Having read the reviews on here I felt the need to write my own review, all of the negative reviews all false. The manager Samantha is a lovely women who helps customers in any way she can. I was in the store when she was giving a homeless man food for the winter. Overall the shop is lovely and helpful it’s one of the best in Sheffield.( I have been to many pharmacies)”
