Spoke to Ellie who was very efficient and friendly and gave me price options on different brands... Kept them on reserve for me to collect later that day. Said lad on counter was very patient with the customer although a queue had formed... Upon seeing this one of the guys from the office dropped what he was doing and came out to help... Again very friendly and efficient... Had the parts in stock and was cheaper... Great service... Staff should be commended.”

Rang all local garage shops and none took me in. Until S74 said “yeah, just bring it in as slow as you can”. When i got there, they quickly took my car, investigated the issue and removed what was a loose dust shield. When asked how much i owed them they said not to worry about it, it was “nothing”. For me, it was a lot, after driving 100 miles and ready to start your holiday, the last thing you want is car issues.
