Very helpful and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to provide you with as much help as possible. They sold me new hinges for my late dads fishing box and even offered to fit them free of charge. They helped with my purchess of gardening equipment, decorating, and power tools, and gave me top advice and even a demo when I asked about shelf hanging. This store sells absolutely everything you need at a decent price and if they haven't got it they will order it in. The best customer service I've ever received. And never an off day. Bought Resiblock oil remover it certainly works I had a metre square ugly black mark and now after two complete applications just a few tiny residual spots left I hope to use the left over to treat them one by one. Pic 1 I forgot to take a before pic this is where the block mark is drying quicker than the sorrounding area pic 2 is what's left after first treatment pic 3 is after the 2nd treatment. I included a stock pic of a similar mark to mine.”

“Hollingwood bowling club wanted 2 bowling shelters for around the bowling green.i went to spolding and sons to see Matt so we could design them between us.once the final details were sorted for the design Matt told us it would take 4 weeks to build them.after 3 weeks Matt rang me to say that both shelters were ready.we arranged a day and time for them to be erected and the guys turned up bang on time.the shelters were put up within 2 hours and they look fantastic.we had a competition the day after and people were saying how lovely they looked and were of good quality.a big thanks to matt and his team from all at e hollingwood bowlinlub”

Then in 2013 I purchased insulation boards for the attic roof, plasterboards and plaster again, since I found great prices, good customer service and a prompt delivery. Now in 2018 I needed a copy of the 2013 invoice as a proof of insulation for the EPC assessment, since I had lost my 2013 invoice. Thanks to Mick, who retrieved the invoice and emailed promptly to me, I can prove the level of insulation in my attic is higher than the standard required. Great job, I will definitely use Galaxy again!”

“Prior to coming here I had taken my Dewalt core drill to another repair shop (Turner Hire) and the man behind the counter wasted 20 - 30 minutes of my time telling me how my drill wasn’t any good and how difficult it would be and a headache to replace the chuck, he told me it wouldn’t be worth it to fix and that I wouldn’t get it back for about 4-5 weeks. I called here and spoke to the gentleman and was told to bring it in for inspection, he told me how much it would cost give or take on the day to fix. I asked him if it would be an issue to replace my chuck and he replied “I haven’t failed to take one off yet” It was a nice relief the great attitude and customer service compared to the previous shop I had been to. I don’t really write reviews but on this occasion I couldn’t be more happier as I received my drill 3/4 days later. I have used the drill and it works like new and the price was more than reasonable what I paid to have it fixed. He made it clear that if the drill wasn’t worth repairing he’d let me know before he did anything to it. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you.”
