I was recommended to call Les as other people I spoke to about the problem couldn’t help as they didn’t have sufficient knowledge of the machine. Les took my call on his day off and talked me through the testing of the machine until we identified the problem. The spare part was sent next day and in no time we were up and running again. We would have been in serious trouble with our tight schedule had we not been fortunate enough to have discovered PFT Northern. I can’t reccomend them highly enough.
