“Really impressed with the service I have received this afternoon! I rang at 15:05 wanting some advice as I couldn’t get hold of my Midwife. The lovely receptionist (I’m sorry I’m not sure of her name) straight away put me onto the doctors list and I received a call from the doctor at 15:12!!!! Antibiotics issued all in the space of 10 minutes from phoning for advice. Thank you so much! I’ve always found the reception team super helpful when I’ve rang for queries in the past and cannot thank them enough for their kindness towards me! I am actually now classed as an out of area patient but wouldn’t dream of registering at my nearest GP due to the high quality of care I have received at Kingfisher family practice! Thank you to each and every one of you for helping me!”
