“Mr Dan did a number of workshops for our early years children to suit the needs of the different abilities and ages. The children got to use a range of high quality equipment. These were fantastic workshops delivered by such a fun and enthusiastic trainer. High recommend for all occasions.”

“This shop is a true gem, if I've ever needed something fo rmy DIY and cleaning needs they've got it! Whilst nipping in for something I stumbled upon the Elfbar and Lost Mary vapes they were selling for £5 which is the cheapest in the area. Not only am I no longer a smoker but I'm also no longer a vaper. The staff have been more than kind, it's like talking to a family member or friend. In conclusion, this DIY shop has become my go-to destination for all my DIY needs.”

It's been difficult as a first time mom to leave my boy at nursery and go to work but the staff at Happy Kids Clifton have been so supportive and they really are brilliant with my boy, I feel confident leaving him there while I go to work. He has so much fun playing with the range of toys and joining in all the activities the staff put on. I would recommend them to any family looking for a friendly local nursery.”

“Great pub, I was here with about 15 other lads on a stag do and we was made to feel very welcome. We drunk upstairs and stayed out of the way. When we came down we was served quickly and dealt with quickly. We found the locals to be very welcoming. Michelle and Ryan did everything they could to make us feel welcome and keep us as happy as we could. We’re from York and had a good craic with the locals about football without any trouble being caused. It was all banter. A great find of a pub that I’m happy I found, with a pool table and a dart board. Not many pubs have this. Keep doing the great job you are Michelle. Thank you for your custom.”

“Having come as a recommendation and seeing the good reviews we decided to give it a go and was so happy. The staff were very friendly (especially Sarah) who was very chatty and welcoming. There was plenty of choice and we got meals from different sections of the menu as well as the specials board and it was all great. The Steak & Ale pie was especially amazing!! We didn't have starters so we could try the desserts and they were also all so good!! We will definitely go back again and even though it's a bit more expensive, it is definitely worth it!! Can't wait to try it in summer as well with the live music and beer garden. Thank you all so much. Have been for a second visit with friends to introduce them. Service was a bit slow but it was a beautiful day and all the tables were full. The food was amazing again and we even tried the ice cream parlour next door which was so nice. Spent an hour in the beer garden which was large and I would say it's alright. Tables and chairs were all solid and better than some basic ones. Still 5 stars from me!!”

“The experience for the children was excellent. They really enjoyed it and can't wait to visit again. For two and a half hours they climbed and explored, they were so happy needless to say they fell asleep on the way home. Thank you to all the team for a pleasant afternoon.”

“Easy to see why this is a Good Beer Guide CAMRA 2023 pub. Proper town centre two room pub with an older cliental opposite the station. Madge went for Acorn Barnsley bitter as the very short lived British August Summer ended in a downburst. Really love the traditional back lounge. Madge took a pint of Acorn Barnsley bittet. Lovely. Nice place to start or finish a Doncaster pub crawl.”

Really makes a difference to our garden and I know it will be enjoyed over this summer particularly and for many more All I can say is that garden furniture is in short supply, we looked everywhere, get down to Doncaster Lakeside if you are thinking of buying some you will not be disappointed”
