The event was well organised and children were kept entertained throughout the full session with foam blast, dance competitions, pass the parcel, games and even a mascot appearance!”

“Took my daughter & niece here for the first time last week and we all absolutely loved it! The place is clean and there is so much to do for the kids! I love the way it’s set out as the cafe overlooks the arena so we could keep an eye on the kids but we also noticed the staff were on it and checking on the kids that went towards the back where there is low visibility. Can’t wait to come back here!”

“I went to get my reversing camera replaced and it turns out it wasn't working due to faulty wiring which they repaired for a lot less than the cost of a new camera. They could easily have ripped me off by changing the camera, charging me a lot more, and I would never have known or questioned it. A few weeks earlier I had taken it to a nationally well known car product company who told me the camera had definitely packed up and needed replacing along with the wiring. The camera is working again as good as new.”

Lanes play well but there is what I found shortage of enough medium size balls (affected other friends) Staff very helpful and no shoes required but important to be wearing sturdy footwear. Toilets and parking available and there’s even a quiet space for prayer. Prices are fair in today’s climate but do book in advance and you can make use of the free drink (regular soft drink)”

“Excellent apartment modern clean and everything you need great parking inside available with a £20 deposit which got refunded the next day. We were met at the apartment and shown around anything you need restaurants taxi numbers etc. Great location right next to Bradford shops and the Xmas Market then a short 20min drive to Leeds City centre. Would highly recommend x”

“Great location, handy car park at the rear, the staff are fantastic & polite. There is some nice places to visit so this location is ideal. The food has always been good, the rooms are clean, iv never had a negative issue when I have stayed here, and I stay quite frequently.”

“Excellent food. The Flama chicken was amazing. It was tasty and well cooked. Service was ok. Think they had a staff shortage. Cleanliness can be improved. Slightly disappointed with the kids meal though. Was expensive for what you get as the chicken nuggets were processed and not proper fillets. Accept card payments. Pay first system. HMC Approved.”

“This hotel is five star plus everything about the hotel is great, the decor is bright cheerfull warm and welcoming. The public areas are spacious super clean and comfortable you can relax in stylish modern surroundings. My only concern as a fist time visitor to bradford on route to another destination was the lack of knowledge of a member of staff to help me with answes to my questions about how to get to the local interchange train station and bus depot all of which apparently are very close by this was on check in teatime on the opposite scale of knowledge at breakfast another member of staff told me everything I needed to know so I think if these amenities are near to the hotel the staff should be able to advise guests on details or at least ask some one else to help maybe make a list to keep on reception of guest questions how to get to train station etc bus depot even bus stops sounds simple but as a guest I did not know I ended up getting a taxi which was maybe an expense I did not need”

“Cannot recommend Tom highly enough. We had the 45 minute show for my son's party and he kept a room full of 2-6 year olds howling with laughter the whole time - no mean feat. If you're thinking of booking Tom, definitely do it, you won't regret it!”
