“A lovely little Theatre with lots of traditional values. I have been many times and the staff have always been superb. There is great variation in the plays, some serious and some funny. Full bar and lounge in a quaint 70 seat theatre. I have become a member and intend to visit a lot more now. Some great regular actors too.”

“I attended my cousins 60th birthday party , the venue is spacious and immaculately clean. Plenty of bar staff .The food is exceptional a hot and cold buffet with plenty of choice and even if you are a fussy eater I'm sure that you wouldn't be disappointed. The hosts Paul and Jeanine were on hand .There is also a stage to accommodate live music that we all enjoyed.We all had an enjoyable and memorable evening .”

“We celebrated our 70th birthday with cooked meals for 21 family members and not a complaint from any one. Meals came out together as fast as they could be carried through from kitchen. We always enjoy our meals when we call in about once a week, but a little worried about us all getting our orders correct, We needent have worried, every thing was top notch, nice and hot. The chef even catered for one that is gluten intolerant, one with a nut allergy but a quick word with the chef and all sorted. The orders ranged from pie n peas, fish n chips, steaks, T.Bone steaks, mixed grills, chicken fajitas and my very own favourite smothered chicken. We were a very happy crowd and all satisfied at the end of the evening. The bar is always in tip top condition with beers as they should be. Thank you for making it memorable. WE WILL BE BACK.”

“Second time we’ve been since the new owners and it’s been fabulous on both occasions. Such a variety on the menu so there is something for everyone and the kids menu is great too. Food is amazing and the portions are huge so you’ll never leave on an empty stomach. The staff are friendly and attentive and really care about their customers. We enjoyed our time here, thank you! “Having come as a recommendation and seeing the good reviews we decided to give it a go and was so happy. The staff were very friendly (especially Sarah) who was very chatty and welcoming. There was plenty of choice and we got meals from different sections of the menu as well as the specials board and it was all great. The Steak & Ale pie was especially amazing!! We didn't have starters so we could try the desserts and they were also all so good!! We will definitely go back again and even though it's a bit more expensive, it is definitely worth it!! Can't wait to try it in summer as well with the live music and beer garden. Thank you all so much. Have been for a second visit with friends to introduce them. Service was a bit slow but it was a beautiful day and all the tables were full. The food was amazing again and we even tried the ice cream parlour next door which was so nice. Spent an hour in the beer garden which was large and I would say it's alright. Tables and chairs were all solid and better than some basic ones. Still 5 stars from me!!”

It's a venue that truly feels like a modern home for the club and a great place to watch the football. The stadium's facilities are top-notch. Having moved from the old Belle Vue, the Eco-Power Stadium is a breath of fresh air. The seats are comfortable, and crucially, the sightlines from pretty much anywhere in the ground are excellent. You feel close to the action without being cramped, which is a significant improvement on many older grounds. There's plenty of legroom, even for taller individuals, which is a small but often overlooked detail that makes a big difference over 90 minutes. The general cleanliness and upkeep of the stadium are also commendable. From the concourses to the toilets, everything always appears well-maintained and tidy. This contributes significantly to a pleasant matchday experience, rather than feeling like you're in a neglected facility. I particularly appreciate the modern amenities. The food and drink kiosks are efficient, reducing long queues, and while stadium food can be pricey everywhere, the quality here is decent enough for a matchday snack. Access to and from the stadium is also relatively straightforward, with good road links and ample parking, even if you need to factor in a bit of a walk from some car parks. For me, the atmosphere generated by the Rovers faithful, particularly in the Black Bank (South Stand), truly makes the Eco-Power Stadium come alive on matchdays. While it's a modern bowl design, which some argue can mute sound, when the crowd gets going, it can be incredibly loud and passionate, creating a proper home advantage. It’s a place where you feel part of something bigger, cheering on your team. Beyond football, it's clear the stadium is a multi-purpose venue, and it hosts various events throughout the year. This versatility is good for the town and ensures the facility is well-utilized. The "Eco-Power" branding, while purely a sponsorship, also subtly aligns with Doncaster's broader environmental goals, adding a modern and somewhat forward-thinking feel to the place. In short, the Eco-Power Stadium provides a consistently enjoyable and comfortable environment to watch Doncaster Rovers. It’s a well-designed, well-maintained, and well-run venue that truly enhances the matchday experience. It’s not just a place to watch a game; it's a proper modern home for the club that I genuinely like visiting.”
