She listens to how you want and like your hair. She offers good advice about your hair. She is absolutely brilliant. I always love my hair and get exactly what we have discussed and decided on. What a very talented hairdresser she is. I would recommend her to everyone. I’ve sent friends to her and they all feel just like I do. The salon has been newly refurbished and looks absolutely beautiful. All the staff are friendly and attentive. I am offered a drink several times during my visit and Sarah always tells the person making it how I like it so I get a perfect cup of coffee. These little things are important. I always get a wonderful head massage off Sarah as part of my hair wash because she knows how much I love it. If I only want a very slight trim then that is what I get. No taking up to an inch off like other stylists have in the past. Sarah always listens to what is important to me and wants very much to make sure I’m happy with what she has done. Her customers are important to her and she wants them to leave the salon feeling amazing. She takes pride in what she does and always gives her very best to make sure her clients are happy. I highly recommend embellish and definitely recommend Sarah to everyone. A very talented knowledgeable and experienced stylist indeed. WOW Adele was my tutor many years ago when I trained to be a hair stylist so I knew she was going to know her stuff & if anyone was going to nail this treatment it was going to be her! The room was so zen, low lighting and amazing smelling. The head treatment it’s self was so calming, the knowledge Adele had on all the massaging techniques and pressure points were out of this world, it really did make you forget about everything else in the world while you were in her hands!
