Over time I have had skin treatments, facials massages and electrolysis alongside my regular lash extensions mani and pedicures. All of the staff here are lovely and excellent at their jobs. The owner Angela is fantastic and always makes sure that her clients are looked after and happy and it’s always service with a smile. Lucy who does my eyelash extensions is such a perfectionist at everything she does and is such a lovely young lady. The results are far better than I could have ever hoped to achieve. Their Nail Technician Kirsty was outstanding also, really calm and caring towards my daughter and she turned my awful, damaged nails into something I want to show off. “I visited the store last Sunday with my sister for a full set of French tips and gel removal on my toes. My sister had French tips on both her hands and toes, and they turned out beautifully. I was quite particular about the base color, wanting it to match my natural nail tone as closely as possible. The staff went above and beyond, mixing several acrylic powders to achieve my desired look. Whenever I had a concern, they corrected it immediately without hesitation, which I appreciated, especially since I was a bit of a picky customer. Two days later, I returned with another sister, who also had her nails done while I got my toes painted. They were meticulous and took their time, even though it was close to closing time on New Year's Eve. My sister opted for a full design on her nails and toes, and the staff stayed late after closing time to accommodate us, showing great understanding and professionalism. Overall, their kindness and reasonable pricing made for a fantastic experience.”
