The process took from March to now, but through no fault of MyDentist, they fitted me in as soon as I rang and I managed to get a cancellation appointment, which I wasn’t expecting. The team who dealt with my extraction were brilliant from start to finish, they explained everything and were really reassuring. The extraction wasn’t the easiest and it wasn’t 100% straight forward. I don’t suffer with anxiety around dental work but I imagine if you did, the staff would be really calming. I got there early and was seen 25 minutes before my appointment time. The aftercare was explained to me much better than previous work elsewhere.
