“Can't understand what all the fuss is about...... every time I have wanted to see a doctor I have rung at half 8 and been given an appointment. All the doctors have seemed very sensible, listened well and sorted me out. Much better service than my GP back home. Not looking forward to the day I stop being a student and have to go back to having a normal GP where you have to wait weeks for an appointment and they have very few crisis appointment slots.”
“I had a glow facial today and derma with Lauren, my skin is now glowing ready for my holiday and has never felt so smooth. All the staff at the London road clinic are super friendly and always give the best skin advice making you feel confident and glowing. Already looking forward to my next facial keeping me fresh and glowing.”
“I have been receiving TCM treatment from Dr Wang for over a year now for RSI to both my wrists and fibromyalgia to my back, and I feel I have benefited tremendously, and thus no need for the weekly treatment since before Christmas, I still go back for one offs when I feel tired and achy. I would highly recommend Dr Wang. The fact that the Clinic has been at the same location in Woodseats Sheffield for more than 20 years speaks volumes about his professional services.”
“The caf is AMAZING the food is better here than it is in most cafes. The smoked haddock fishcakes are to die for. Even made me a sandwich once when I got there too late :)”
“Really impressed with the service I have received this afternoon! I rang at 15:05 wanting some advice as I couldn’t get hold of my Midwife. The lovely receptionist (I’m sorry I’m not sure of her name) straight away put me onto the doctors list and I received a call from the doctor at 15:12!!!! Antibiotics issued all in the space of 10 minutes from phoning for advice. Thank you so much! I’ve always found the reception team super helpful when I’ve rang for queries in the past and cannot thank them enough for their kindness towards me! I am actually now classed as an out of area patient but wouldn’t dream of registering at my nearest GP due to the high quality of care I have received at Kingfisher family practice! Thank you to each and every one of you for helping me!”
“I was on specialised rehabilitation ward after suffering 2 cardiac arrests they were excellent on the ward. I just wished I'd been pushed a bit harder that's personal. All the staff went above and beyond very professional. Thankyou”
“I attended a talk given by Laura Cawley on the menopause. Laura had so much knowledge and experience and shared this in a way that was really empowering - we came away knowing the questions to ask, what our options could be, and where to go for more information. I’ve recommended Laura to lots of other people already!”
“I visited for lower back pain, the service I received was excellent . I was impressed with the explanation of my condition and how to alleviate pain. After three sessions the pain had completly gone and my mobility was much better. I would definitely recommend The Bluebell Clinic.”

“You can talk about your problem”
“I was apprehensive, but they took good care of me.”
“On the 29th of July 2025, while I was at work, my right eye suddenly closed. I went to A&E the same night and was told it was a chalazion. I asked whether there might be a problem with the nerve, and I was reassured there wasn’t. However, it later turned out not to be a chalazion, but Horner’s Syndrome, which is caused by damage to the sympathetic nervous system pathway. In my case, the cause was idiopathic, but in other circumstances it could have been something serious — such as a carotid artery dissection, which can lead to a stroke. That night, I could have been at real risk, and it makes me realise how easily a human mistake could cost a life. I understand that everyone in the NHS works under great pressure, and I truly appreciate the effort of those who tried to help me that night. I especially want to thank the GP in A&E who referred me to the specialists when I went back for the third time — I don’t know his name, but I am very grateful. I would also like to thank the ophthalmology department, who provided a high standard of care. I saw Dr Anne-Marie Firan, who was a knowledgeable and caring specialist. Thank you to all of you at Barnsley Hospital.”
“All of our midwives went above and beyond to give my wife fantastic care during labour, delivery and recovery. They were kind, empathetic, and informative throughout, and we really had the feeling of a team around us helping us through the experience.”
“The new e-triage system is so helpful if you are a busy person and can't spend ages waiting in phone queues. I submitted my problem and the GP called me back really quickly to discuss and write a prescription. I had a problem with the prescription at the chemist and when I went into the surgery the receptionist was polite and really helpful and the prescription was resent within minutes. I have found the GPs compassionate about my mental health and other problems. A bit hard to get an appointment soon for routine things, but I'll be using the Klinic system in future if I feel I need to book sooner than the available online appointments as it seems like it works well.”
