I bought a Tesla which was perfect except for a 12mm (gash/graze) in the steering wheel exactly where my hand held the wheel while driving so needed to be repaired. After talking to Maggie she was confident this could be repaired at Interior Revival and so it proved and at a reasonable cost. Well worth the 228 mile round trip from my home. I would highly recommend this company if you need a steering wheel trim repaired.”

“Perfect service, excellent prices. We bought a washing machine and a fridge freezer from them on Wednesday afternoon, approx 3.30pm and they had been delivered by 12.30pm the next day. We got good advice regarding our needs, there was no pressure to buy and the delivery costs were very fair considering the difficulties they had with the stairs up to our first floor flat, brilliant all round service. Highly recommend them.”

They were great to work with, really flexible, and happy to refine our designs as we made a few changes along the way. We visited the showroom, which gave us more ideas, and they were happy to incorporate everything we wanted. They booked us in for a date that worked for us, and on the day the team were super friendly, efficient, and tidy! Everything was done on time, with no hassle at all. We absolutely love the end result, and we’ll definitely be getting them back for more work in the future – highly recommended!”

Well let’s start by saying the friendly service you are given from the owner of the shop to the guys who deliver on time to you your day choice they can’t do enough to help so friendly I’ve now had several pieces 13 in total the items that needed building the owner spent hours building for me the man hours it must taken all done to high standard realy went above and beyond He not only does that the aftercare is always there if needed I can’t recommend this place enough and it’s the first place I look when I’m looking for new furniture thanks so so much guys be back soon Debbie of pinfold xx added my newest purchase”

Went in to buy some trainers but there was only one size 7 in the box the store took my name and phone number. Said they would ring me if they found it .so 3 days later I had a phone call to say it had been found so I got the trainers I wanted thank you”

“Visited this store today. Found 2 matching tops just in different colours with some sizing difference between them. As it was the only one in that colour and I loved how it looked i still wanted it despite the sizing issue. Abbie at the downstairs checkout said that since I wanted it but had no time to order a new one in to store that was the coreect length due to leaving for our wedding abroad, she would grant me a discount of 20%. This was amazing as it meant I managed to grab 2 holiday tops that I liked despite a slight sizing issue, I just wasnt willing to pay full price for a faulty product despite it looking good. Thank you so much for helping me today keeping my shopping simple.”

“We wanted to write a review to thank Marie in the kitchen department for being very helpful and professional with us during our appointments. Nothing was to much trouble and explained everything to a very high standard. She went the extra mile from coffees, ensuring parking reg confirmed to adding our dogs into the illustrations and also checked regularly if we were comfortable. On multiple times we changed our ideas and requirements and Marie happily supported us and changed everything with no trouble at all. We have decided not to purchase from B and Q this time (product related) but just wanted to give feedback on the excellent customer service we received in store from Marie, Compared to other places we visited.”
