“Very cute cafe with nice food. We stopped here on the way from York to the Cotswolds and it’s a really great stopping point. Not far from the highway with many things to do near the cafe.”
“I always pop in here if I'm in Worksop and I feel hungry. You always get a good greeting and the food is really hot and enjoyable. I will always recommend this little jewel.”
“Brilliant charity shop and Cafe. Staff here are super friendly and always smiling. Prices are absolutely fantastic as well, a testament to how good charity shops can be. More shops should operate like this one :)”
“Great place to sit out the sporadic downpours with a big marquee. Coffee is served in a tall glass and was brought out to the table very rapidly! --- To the fella with the black CBR Sixfifty, Alpinestars kit and AGV lid, hope you got back home to Sheffield sound and great chatting to you! Enjoy your new steed, and welcome to biking!!! See you around!”
“Great breakfast for £8 including a cup of coffee and 2 toast. Another biking spot for me when I’m out on my motorcycle”
“Great service, excellent food & great prices.”
“First time iv used them. Sandwiches better than cooplands in my opinion. Highly recommended”
“It's THE best breakfast BY FAR around the worksop area. Great service & great banter. I'll definitely be back.”

“With over 20 miles of cycle paths, it's a great way of seeing and enjoying this National Trust Property. If you don't need to make use of the NT Car Parks it doesn't cost anything either (Free parking if you are a NT member).”
“I have visited the Cafe numerous times, and I must say that every time I have been I haven’t been disappointed. The staff are absolutely brilliant, so kind and helpful. I asked for a lunch recommendation and Sophie recommended the chicken Caesar flat bread with chips and it was delicious!! So filling and great for the price! Karen made me a really nice hot chocolate with lots of cream on top, which was to die for! It’s always busy in the cafe, but the staff always have time for you, they always help the elderly customers by bringing the trays over to them & sometimes having a little chat to those that come in on their own. It’s so lovely to see such helpful and pleasant staff members. The cafe is always clean when we go, there’s usually a cleaner that comes and sweeps up, she is really friendly too. I always recommend the cafe to my friends and colleagues, and I will be returning again for another flatbread! Well done Tesco cafe!”
“Great place for a day out. Fabulous scenery and lovely walks. The museum is fascinating and the gift shop has a good selection of books, minerals and maps. The cafe has a good selection if you're hungry/thirsty. All in all, a great place to go.”
“Beautiful buildings with farm food shop, arts and craft shop and gallery, coffee shop as well as a lovely garden centre and great food from the cafe. Will definitely call again. Loved it!”
“An older chap, perhaps 50s ish was working in the cafe today (31.8.25 @11.07am). He had a lovely manner with the customers and really made me smile.”
“Excellent food and decent portions. Even the toasties were just toasted really nice so you got good flavours and the right amount of crispness. The polish sausage was good, not as much flavour as an English sausage but nice with the mustard and chips. They’re coleslaw was nice and sweet. They did seem a bit rushed off their feet so went to the till to order for the table, not sure if they offer table service.”
“A masterful extraction of fruity, single-origin African beans resulted in one of the best espressos I've ever had. The cup was a well-rounded balance of texture and flavor.”
“Went to look for a new sofa at Eyers and called in at Poppys for a coffee on the way out. Caught a glimpse of someone else's breakfast and just had to have the same. Have to say it was maybe possibly the best full English I have ever had. Cooked to perfection and fabulous quality. Service was very good and I would definitely recommend to all you full English fans.”
“Always come here with my daughter and my nephew - we all love it and it’s a really nice atmosphere. The girls are always friendly and remember our order! Thank you to abbey, Liv and Darcy for always making sure we have a great time!”
“Absolutely loved my visit! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a cozy vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy my time. The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do was served by Holly today. My brunch was perfectly made —tasty, good value for money and beautifully presented. You can tell everything is made with care. It’s the kind of place you can come to for a quiet coffee, brunch with friends, or even to get some work done. Would definitely recommend to anyone”

“Very lovely and polite service the cake was absolutely beautiful will be coming again”
“I have wanted to go here for years and had built it up in my head quite a bit. I was delighted to find that the site is i. Actuality ad atmospheric and beautiful ad I had hoped, but also with excellently displayed archaeology! You pay to park, but can access on foot for free. The museum is extra as is a cave tour (limited numbers). We had a pleasant half day there including lunch and felt no need for those extras, but plan to return and pay for both. The visitor centre is very attractive in a modern way while sitting into the landscape. Vibe is of a sub spine gorge. Lovely meadow for children to run off steam in. Includes a play area etc.”
“Delightful hidden gem. Parking. Light and airy, with amazing big windows - perfect for watching the world go by. Comfy sofas for relaxing. Fabulous bacon cob. Nice hot chocolate too. Lovely owner. Great value. Love all the pictures with the history of the place and local local area. Looking forward to returning.”
