She was also extremely patient with me because I was undecided. I left the shop to have a think about the boots. I decided to return to the shop & make my purchase. I headed straight to the lovely member of staff who I dealt with before & she remembered me straight away & what I wanted to purchase. The girl who served me was called Kira. She is an asset to this company. Thank you Kira. I also had a brief conversation with Maddie at the till, who was also very pleasant.”
