“My 90 yr old mum had to have 2 teeth removed 1 being a wisdom tooth which should of been done at the hospital under anaesthetic, but unfortunately due to the NHS waiting time this was not an option so the dentist had to carry out the procedure resulting in my mum just having local anaesthetic. We can not praise the dentist and dental nurse enough for their professionalism, compassion and empathy towards my dear mum, a massive thank you.”

I feel I was well informed when I queried further treatment and I was given the choice of treatment which made me feel at ease. Tooth doesn't hurt anymore, got saved from extraction and I have been taken in as a patient with a very high speed (unfortunately not an NHS one, although that seems to be the case everywhere - there's a 4 years waiting time for an NHS dentist). “My wife and I have been using this dental surgery for around ten years and have always enjoyed a great service throughout. We've built a trusted rapport with our regular dental surgeon and every one of the reception staff have always been very kind, friendly, helpful and understanding. We have complete confidence in this very patient-oriented service and can say in all honesty that we've never had the slightest cause for complaint, for any reason. We're very surprised to see negative comments from some patients, who've unfortunately had an unsatisfactory experience. We're confident that these must be very rare occurrences. My wife's Periodontitis and my Radiotherapy for throat cancer (which severely damaged my teeth and gums) means that we've probably both had considerably more dental work than average, particularly over the last three or four years, and continue to be extremely grateful for the quality service we've always received. We recommend 'mydentist' without hesitation.”
