“Best vape shop I've been too! Super helpful, don't let you leave the shop until your sorted and happy. I'm allergic to a lot of liquids, had the wrong tank, but nothing was too much trouble. They sorted me out and ive been in many times since asking silly questions and they are more than helpful every time. Cannot rate their customer service enough. Products are fantastic too!”

“We go in quite regularly to get our liquids and pods for our vapes and the staff are always very welcoming and friendly, always up for a chat. They have a loyalty program where on your birthday you get £10 added that you can spend in store and you also build points up overtime for money off aswell, we have numerous times managed to get liquids or pods for free due to the loyalty program. Only vape shop we go to.”

“Amazing shop! I went in as a complete novice and he talked me through my tastes, preferences etc and suggested a plan for me, including the best products and juices for my particular needs. It was really informative and felt like they are really interested in the area rather than just trying to push products on people”

“Absolutely brilliant service! As someone who was totally unsure what to buy, he was extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. I won't be going anywhere else now”

“Took my Motorola mobile in to Mates Mobile phone repair in Bakewell after dropping the phone and smashing its screen. Faz was very courteous, explained fully what was required to replace the screen and transfer my data to another of my phones and contacted me promptly with the price for the job. The new screen was sourced quicker than expected and Faz patiently completed the data transfer on my behalf for the quoted price. Excellent service!”
