The welding was first class, the mechanic even suggested that although my repair would pass an mot test further work will be needed at a later date but not yet. Being very honest instead of saying that it all would need doing for an mot, I would definitely return, nice to find a business that doesn't rip people off.”

I needed a new caliper and they stood with me for about 20minutes calling every dealer they knew, and eventually the manufacturer whereupon they managed to wrangle a reduction on the asking price for me! They organised a super speedy recovery service (about 10mins) and were so friendly and helpful throughout that I had no compunction asking several, I'm sure very stupid, questions. I cannot recommend enough this business, they are fantastic. I will drive out of my way to get work done by them again.”

After thorough investigation it was found that the cause of the engine failure was not detectable without further dismantling of the engine. It was then decided to have the van recovered to The Netherlands. Much to our surprise, Logix stated that they would not charge the hours spent on diagnostic work, because the cause of the failure had not been found yet. I my opinion this showes a high moral standard of this company. It goes without saying that they were fully entitled to charge me for the workshop hours, but they decided not to. Where, in the car repair business, do you find this level of fairness?”
