“I couldn’t recommend Karen at Serenity Therapies enough. I had reiki yesterday for the first time and it was PHENOMENAL - I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to feel anything but my goodness I did. I have a chronic health condition which over the last few years has completed flattened my spirit which is why I wanted to experience reiki. During the session, I could feel such intense warmth from Karen’s energy, I also felt floaty, and I wanted to fall asleep but I was stopping myself so I could enjoy all I was feeling.
