From the moment you arrive at their beautiful premises at Matlock you are greeted by wonderful caring receptionists. The reception area not only smells amazing you can relax in beautiful surroundings with a stunning views waiting for your appointment. Dr Malcolm Campbell always greets me with a big welcoming smile before treatments. I’ve been having Botox for a while now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have been extremely happy with my results and would highly recommend to go and see Dr Malcolm for facial aesthetics it’s worth every penny. Aftercare is great too a member of staff phones a week later to check how you are getting on. The whole team are great so friendly and professional. I really look forward to going to Springmount.”

Called 9am Monday, receptionist was great, told me she was new and had my details and would call back. 30 minutes later I had an emergency appointment in the afternoon! The dentist Zaid was fabulous, bedside manner was excellent, talked me through every step as he was working on me. No pain at all. Went home and ate a ‘solid’ dinner a few hours later, after spending the weekend on soup!”
