“Life savers! My tire burst (thankfully right outside the shop) They were 5 mins from closing, however still saved the day! They welcomed me with a friendly approach, and got the job done when they could have easily said no due to it almost being home time. They had my tire size in stock and fitted it within 10 minutes, at almost half the price I was quoted from the garage next door. “Ive used this Halfords twice in the last year. The first time my late father in law van had a timing belt issue and whilst we figured out as a family what we were doing Halfords were very patient and allowed the vehicle to stay on site due to it being inoperable, they also cut in half the diagnostic charge as they were unable to fix. Secondly took my own car down for a diagnostic, given reasonable information and advice but not charged as could not be specific for the cause. Appreciated that. Staff are friendly and understanding. Price was very fair and all the works and parts fitted at JGAutos beat the price quoted just for parts from BMW. Called and was booked in a week from date of calling which is incredible, and all this was turned around within 36 hours from drop off to collection. Could have collected sooner. The lady on the phone listened to my concerns about the car and called me back with the details I needed to know within 10 minutes. Car feels like new and I’m so pleased. They also fixed my mums Alfa 159 recently which many garages have refused to even look at, again, all done with a fair price and they even collected and dropped it off as MOT had expired and was in limp mode.
