Laura herself has a natural ability to put you instantly at ease, she works in a professional, caring and genuine way the room was lovely warm, simple, inviting and very importantly quiet due to being in a small rural village (no parking issues!) The massage bed had warm towels which make you feel all snug and safe. Laura has fantastic hands that work your muscles in a firm flowing way helping the tension to just melt away. Laura ensured that the oils she blended for me matched my needs.
