“Honestly the best estate agency in Shrewsbury! We have rented out a property using them as our managing agent, and they expedited the contract within 24 hours to help the tenant, which was amazing. We have also sold a property through them, which they sold within 24 hours of it going online and then handled the sales process with accuracy and experienced efficiency. We have also had 2 properties valued and the valuations arrived 2 hours after the site appraisal. I would never use anyone else in Shrewsbury now, they are head and shoulders above the competition with respect to customer service. What I like the most is the team's commitment to their clients, whether that is, buyer, vendor, tenant or landlord. They are extremely down to earth, honest, professional and all go out of their way to help. Simon, Tracie and Lindsey are simply an amazing team. Hardworking, realible, sincere and trustworthy along with being friendly and approachable. A rare combination, but one which adds up to superb customer service. I would highly recommend.”
