“We took our eight and a half month old puppy Banksie to Scruffies on Saturday for his first full groom; I’d previously bathed him myself a couple of times but he was ready for a haircut. Carrie & John are professional, friendly and clearly experienced with dogs they put us and Banksie at ease from the word go. When we went to collect him , not really knowing what to expect, we were delighted. He was obviously comfortable with them because he was happily playing, and he looked , and smelled absolutely gorgeous right down to the little bow that had been attached to his collar. We’ve already booked his pre-Christmas appointment and would recommend Scruffies to any dog owner without hesitation.”

“Sue took great care of my Persian rescue cat - he was matted and recovering from major surgery but needed a groom to stop him from over grooming himself. He is a very shy cat but Sue managed to groom him despite his protests, I think her experience as a vet nurse helped her. She took her time and he wasn't shaking or hiding when I collected him which he usually does with other groomers. Now he looks very handsome with his lion cut and we plan to go back to her every few months. Her prices were the best we have had in the four years of having him groomed too!”
