“Went in to get a perfect fit harness for my chocolate lab Indy, the owner was so quick in assisting us and so kind and friendly she began fitting the harness and being patient with our dog, the harness fits perfectly and is a great colour! “This groom room is so accommodating, I had to change my little Ruby’s appointment as her full groom was too close to her being spayed, so her groom date was changed she got an essentials appointment yesterday before her op on Monday, at the same time her full groom was rebooked with her normal groomer who is fantastic with Ruby, the young man that did her essentials yesterday was fabulous and managed to complete everything with Ruby, he even got Ruby to allow him to do her paw pad trim, and let him cut her nails, being young Ruby can be awkward for her paws and nails but this young man (sorry I didn’t catch his name) is a dog whisperer and did her nails I’m so grateful thank, you a very pleased customer A*****”
