The inside can get a little noisy especially at busy times like Friday evenings, but the outdoor yard is also lovely and they have heaters. “Reasonable priced decaff coffee and vegan cake. There's milk alternative available, oat, coconut and soya for anyone who's vegan or lactose intolerant. The staff are friendly and welcoming all in all a nice place to visit and cheaper than some highstreet coffee shops.”

“A lovely little place with a good breakfast. I had the full English, it was well priced. The bacon was well done just like I asked for. Food was tasty and set us up for the day. We went on a Sunday morning. It opens at 8am which I think is amazing. Nice plants in the windows, nicely presented place. The staff are great, even the chefs in the back give us a smile. Would definitely recommend.”

“i absolutely love this place it is my all time favourite. the food is delicious, the waiters and waitresses are lovely and polite and the building itself is gorgeous. i went there for my birthday and they were so sweet gave me desert on the house and sang happy birthday. it’s in a lovely little village and everywhere is so tranquil- especially later at night. i consistently go back to alberto’s because how lovely a place it is. this is my favourite restaurant i’ve ever been to and highly recommend as the food is delicious and affordable”

“Really nice little casual fine dining restaurant. Cosy place, good attentive service and excellent food. The gravadlax starter was very refreshing and the chicken vol au vent tasty. The The roast dinners were good and my pork chop with tempura corn was outstanding very well cooked. Desserts were tasty as well, a good example of Tiramisu and great cherry bakewell. Enjoyed the experience, would like to try the tasting menu next time, not cheap but worth it for high quality food.”

“We visited yesterday for a family wedding and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. It is a super wedding venue and the staff were very organised and ensured that it all ran very smoothly. One member of staff who stood out to us was Sophie. She was so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for her. She served the canapés in a very efficient and friendly manner. The following morning ( today ) she served us with a delicious breakfast and was as helpful as she had been yesterday. She certainly stood out to us but I will add that all the staff worked efficiently and calmly throughout the day. Thank you for a lovely day xx”

“Wonderful welcome. Very large comfortable bedrooms and superb food! A fabulous place that we will return to regularly. The landlady and landlord and fabulous team make sure every guest is happy. Whether visiting for a drink, food or overnight stay you will not be disappointed. The food portions are huge but save room for the lovely homemade desserts too!!”

“Lovely restaurant. Great food and service. Large and spacious great for groups but also good for an intimate night. There is a public car park opposite Lazeez and the restaurant is located close to Macclesfield center. The staff are superb and are very welcoming.”

“If not, one of the best chinese in Macclesfield, food is always tasty and delicious. Wait times are next to nothing and food is always waiting for me when I go to collect. Staff are very friendly and chatty.”

“Cafe is very dog friendly. You can take 2 dogs per person inside and staff make them very welcome. Yes you order at the till but everything is then brought to your table. The hot drinks loyalty card is a bonus, collect 6 stamps and the next hot drink is free.”
