The class sizes are not too big, and therefore they have the ability to check in with your posture and form to ensure you're seeing results, not sustaining injuries! In the last 4 months my flexibility, strength and posture have seen huge improvements, and I find myself excited to come to classes every single time I've booked in. Leah in particular has been fabulous, gently pushing me to achieve more in every class but always with encouragement. Pivot Therapies has well and truly changed my outlook on exercise and wellness in the past 4 months and I feel lucky to have this access to this lovely studio in my local area. “The accomodation was excellent. We had a converted outbuilding to ourselves with a choice of bedrooms, a small kitchen, lounge and conservatory. A friendly welcome from Eileen together with a couple of generous slices of cake was a perfect start to the stay at the farm. There was plenty of toiletries, tea, coffee, milk etc and the kitchen was well appointed with immaculate and modern appliances. The owners have got a Labrador puppy named Harper who was absolutely adorable. We would have loved to stay longer and will definitely return to this idyllic and peaceful location with stunning views of the countryside. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in the area. We ended up having a curry in a restaurant called "New royal balti" in Audley which was superb. Being non licensed we took a bottle of wine there from the Tesco store a few doors away.”

I am (or should I say was) a prolific nail biter however Lauren offered advice to help keep my nails in the best condition and for the first time in my life I have now got natural nails and can have my nails done without the need of extensions. Lauren is so welcoming and the salon is always so beautifully seasonally decorated and all the girls that work there are friendly. Lauren is super talented, has an abundance of ideas and an array of products! To top it off the salon is a child free salon and somewhere you can fully go to relax and enjoy your treatment with the sole focus from staff! Couldn’t recommend enough!”
