The staff have never been anything but helpful to me and my husband, going above and beyond sometimes to phone and check on the medication he has been prescribed. Sometimes their advice is much clearer than the rushed consultation with the doctor. Just remember they probably know as much if not more than your doctor about the drug and it's uses and side effects, they are after all specialists in pharmacology.
