“Didn't get what I wanted, I didn't realise you only got blue as the two tone option, which would look horrendous on a tan Glock 19 X, which I thought was bright enough to be ok. Apparently not. However, tremendous, and in fact, exceptional, communications. Getting round all of the things in the way, left alone to just find things and find out myself, and feeling like I'm being just shoved into some sort of "outsider" category because I'm unknown on the particular numbers and things you needs' databases, and "new here", has been infuriating, and stressful. I was immediately emailed back, and everything was sorted. It was rapid fire. Best communications so far, and I've ended up on American sites by accident because all I saw was things in pounds. “A great shop with a top selection of quality frames staffed by an exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and friendly team with a positive attitude towards making sure everything is right and you're happy with your purchase. My eyes had changed substantially since my last test so it took a couple of goes to get the new lenses right but nothing was too much trouble. It's not a cheap place but you get what you pay for in quality and service.”

“Dave and Andrea are a hardworking, caring helpful couple who are a credit to the community. They took on my daughter for school work experience to help her out, as she has a strong passion for diving & fish, she has ended up completing a open water scuba and dry suit course. They have gone above and beyond to fight her anxiety and have fit in around her crazy gcses schedule for lessons, coursework and the test. They are well prepared for dives & stock everything you need in their shop. New, second hand, rental or buying, they also offer cylinder refills and a service department. They are backed by a fabulous team around them of really nice, helpful guys. They are like a diving family. We have just spent the weekend with them diving at capernwray & they really made us feel like part the family. We met some lovely families and are thrilled with the service we got. We are about to relocate and are gutted we have to start again but they have still offered their services if we need any advice or help. What more could you want?”

“Well I have just been to Trespass at Trentham to return an item I bought online. I must say the customer service was brilliant the young lady sorted my refund whilst a very knowledgeable gentleman provided me with everything I needed to know about keeping warm and dry in very low temperatures. It also said 60% off so bagged myself several bargains at the same time. I must admit when it says 60% off you don’t generally get great bargains but this was a genuine sale unlike several other stores whose sales were not half as good as the ones in this store. It isn’t often that I am able to say I have received excellent customer service but today I can so feel they deserved a mention to show my appreciation.
