She was also really chilled out, happy for me to either have my headphones in through the tattoo or chat away, she was happy either way. My daughter had her ears pierced by Kim today, and Kim was amazing. My daughter got to pick from a selection of earrings, then her favourite song request, she even had the opportunity to cuddle a worry bear if she wanted. Kim was so sweet and lovely with her, and my daughter even got a certificate to remember the special moment. My little girl got big!”
