I had a minor issue with the call not coming through to my phone (possibly a setting on my phone) but they sent me a text with a number to call - I spoke to a person straight away who put me through to my appointment quickly. During my appointment, I spoke to Lucy who was kind and understanding. Her report was helpful and clearly outlined our conversation and was sent out to me very quickly - only a couple of days after my appointment. Great service, would highly recommend to my colleagues.”
