“We took one of our Ford Transit custom vans for diagnosis and repair as it was experiencing vibration at speed. We called on a Friday and they found us an appointment on Saturday. Other garages had failed to diagnose the problem correctly and had recommended other major works like changing clutch, but the Halfords technicians were able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem same day (drive shaft). “I cannot rate this company highly enough. I bought a lawn scarifier from them and they were super helpful during the process. Unfortunately when it arrived it had been damaged in transit. I contacted the company who built the machine as the leaflet in the box recommended and they were less than helpful. After two weeks and many unfulfilled promises and emails that were never returned, I decided to call HWB. I informed them of my problem with the company and HWB called them on my behalf. HWB called me back as promised the very next morning with the issue resolved and the part needed being delivered the next day. Not only that they completely surpassed my expectation by offering me a complimentary gift as a goodwill gesture, even though the problem was not theirs in the first place. Would give 10 stars to them if possible. Super customer service.”
