“Myself and my daughter had to take our beloved Bonnie Star early hours of Tuesday morning to neath. Unfortunately she was so poorly she could not be saved. The vet on call Alice and the nurse who accompanied her were just out of this world. They treated bonnie with love, care and empathy and I cannot thank them enough. Our hearts are aching and in pain but I know that she is at peace and we will love her forever”

“Prior to Covid Vicky was providing weekly Art Therapy sessions for my son. She was flexible and wanted to find ways that best worked for him, so we were able to work with his school to enable his sessions to happen there. Vicky's approach is warm, professional and kind. He has really benefited from Vicky's support, he feels he can be himself, loves the art they do, and he has learned some strategies that he's transferring - like drawing his feelings and arguing them out to help process his thinking. Would highly recommend Vicky based on our experience.”

“I've been going to see Brian for a few months now for help with recovering from a fractured and dislocated ankle from playing football. I had to have an operation to realign my bones with the help of some mental work (metal plate & a lot of screws) followed by a second operation to remove one of the screws as it was causing me pain and restriction in movement. From the first point of contact to even now Brian has been nothing short of professional, polite and helpful and always makes me feel at ease when I go to see him. Due to my shift work and working schedule he is also great at being able to fit me in around my shifts, which I couldn't apricate more. He's always conscious about when he's working on my foot and leg if he's hurting me or if I'm uncomfortable with anything to let him know. The day's after treatment my foot feels relaxed and refreshed & its only due to the nature of my job that the aches and pains return. He's performed scar tissue work, MLD & general massage techniques to help the process of recovery for me & I don't think I'd be comfortable going to see anybody else. He also gives me some extra exercises to perform at home alongside physio assigned ones to help & performs some stretches with me to help regain more movement. Highly recommended and for as my recovery needs it Brian will be my go to massage therapist!”

“5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐10/10 I've known Ross since 2017 he is a very talented therapist. He has a passion, drive and thirst to fix his patients. His in depth knowledge of the anatomy is mind blowing. I had a rotator issue that Ross fixed within 45 minutes. Just to add I had seen 3 other therapist before Ross that could not troubleshoot the problem. Not only did Ross fix me but also set me up with stretches and aftercare. He was very hands on attempting to fix my problems right away after asking me some very detailed questions. He seemed to understand my issues right away. What also sets Ross, apart from other therapist I have seen is his ability to communicate on my level, let me know so I can understand my issues. “This Doctors surgery is probably the best in Neath. This has been my Drs and my parents for over 60 years plus. Whilst things have changed there since covid like everywhere else has and the NHS is quite obviously struggling in Wales I still think the patients at Dyfed Road Surgery are lucky to be registered there.I have always found the receptionists there extremely helpful and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you when they can . They always try to get you appts quickly if you have an urgent medical need and always ring back with information when they say they will!”
