We've ordered takeaway prior to the restaurant being completed, and always enjoyed the food, but the atmosphere and presentation cannot be replicated at home. Our server was Noah, who was attentive, polite and set a wonderful impression for what to expect. The food was fresh, lovingly put together and absolutely gorgeous. The drinks were new and exciting, and presented well. We cannot wait to visit again! Forget Wagamamas, Gin&Sake is a at true taste of Japan in Bridgend.”

“The food was amazing! The Carbonara was to die for! The garlic bread was the best I've ever had! My partner said his Lasagne was incredible! They are not shy at all with the parmigiano reggiano so it made my day . The icing on the cake was the wonderful staff service! So attentive, and I was even offered a blanket when we went to sit outside after food! Would highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back again!”
